**About The Role**

The Structural Drafter will perform drafting and technical tasks ranging from small to major complexity on projects, including the production of drawings, specifications, and reports. They will spend a significant amount of time working collaboratively with team members and project stakeholders.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in a Drafting role
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry and regulatory standards, regulations and codes pertinent to the design and systems related to civil infrastructure projects (including TMR and BCC)
- Experience with Bridge Structural Drafting (Essential) and Digital Engineering (Desirable)
- Knowledge of fabrication, construction and operations in civil infrastructure projects, with particular focus on structures and design
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to prepare technical drawings and documentation to a high level
- Experience of BIM modelling and Digital Engineering preferred
- Methodical approach to allocated work to achieve individual and team objectives
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional working relationships
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team in an effective manner

**Salary**: $59,085.45 - $106,980.45 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
