**Digital Account Manager** to join our client's team at NFP Marketing agency. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and optimise paid social campaigns for our non-profit clients, ultimately helping them achieve their fundraising goals and positively impact the causes they support.

Day in the life:
**Strategic Campaign Management**: Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) for non-profit clients. Leverage your expertise in audience targeting, ad placement, and ad formats to maximise campaign effectiveness.

**Client Relationship Management**: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned non-profit clients, building strong relationships based on trust and exceptional service. Proactively communicate campaign updates, progress, and results, addressing any questions or concerns.

**Performance Optimisation**: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend. Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and fundraising targets.

**Audience Segmentation and Targeting**: Conduct research and utilize data-driven insights to identify target audiences and create tailored messaging and targeting strategies. Implement segmentation techniques to optimize campaign reach and engagement.

**Creative Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, ensuring they align with the client's brand and campaign objectives. Provide guidance on effective ad formats and messaging strategies to maximise engagement.

**Reporting and Analysis**: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing detailed insights and recommendations to clients. Use data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and present actionable recommendations to optimise future campaigns.

Your experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing paid social media campaigns. Prior experience working with non-profit organisations or fundraising campaigns is a plus.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads
- Proficiency in audience targeting, ad placement, ad formats, and campaign optimisation techniques.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze campaign performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly. Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Facebook Ads Manager, to monitor and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to clients and internal teams. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
