**Your duties will include**:
Adapting daily routines and develop activities to meet the interest and needs of the individual child and the group.

Building children's self-esteem and confidence through positive guidance and nurturing.

Communicating with parents to discuss their children's development successes and improvements. Observing children and making notes of progress and development.

Providing a safe and secure environment where children feel comfortable to express themselves through play.

Providing age-appropriate experiences and activities for children, including storytelling, games, and songs.

Integrating special needs children in a positive and respectful manner.

Your role will include encouraging creativity, fostering academic growth, and nurturing your tiny learners.

Above all have fun, enjoy your day and take comfort knowing that your teaching will provide a child the best start to their educational learning.

Skills and experience

Position Requirements
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent
- Current Working with Children Check
- Senior First Aid & CPR
- Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
- Have a working knowledge of NQF & EYLF
- Full time availability preferred however a part time position is negotiable.
- Applicants must be adaptable to flexible roster hours**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20hrs to 30hrs per week

Full-time hours: 38hrs to 40hrs per week

**Salary**: $24.76 to $36.04 per hour
