We are a rapidly expanding, leading supplier of labour hire services from Qualified tradespeople, skilled labourers, Plant operators and Apprentice/Trainee(s) in South East Queensland, with our head office based in Nerang.
- Our clients operate in the Construction and Civil sectors with projects covering Industrial, Commercial, Residential and maintenance space. We are primarily a blue collar agency specialising in short and long term contract hire and permanent placements for management positions.
- With an emphasis on providing a great company culture, and an opportunity to grow within the business, we are seeking dedicated hard-working Recruitment Coordinator's to join our team with a clear pathway through to Recruitment Consultant.
- We are looking for people with a great work ethic and you must be dedicated to delivering a first-class professional service to our clients. You must be computer literate and have an exceptional phone manner.- **_About the role_**
In this role, you will work with a team that takes pride in their work, providing outstanding support to our ever-growing client base.
- If successful, you will be required to:
- Prepare and place advertisements for social media, Seek and company website
- Ensure all new employment contracts and inductions have been signed-off, agreed to and recorded appropriately
- Create strong working relationships with clients by providing a reliable and trusting service
- Assist in the coalition of weekly timesheets and provide general administration functions when required
