Architectural Draftsperson

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Architectural Draftsperson/Graduate Architect to join our well-established office. You will work in a team orientated environment, on a variety of retail, commercial, and industrial projects. You will be involved in all stages of projects from concept design to construction drawings assisting the Project Leader.

You will be a high calibre applicant who is dynamic, enjoys a challenge and has strong project management skills. You will be keen to develop your skills and experience in all aspects of concept design, documentation, quality control, project management, and client management. You must be reliable with high attention to detail.

To be successful in the role you will have
- Architecture degree or similar qualification with sound understanding of design principles
- Proficient in both Revit and Autocad
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Minimum 2 years local (NSW) experience in a professional Architectural practice
- Sound understanding of the National Construction Code of Australia (NCC) and Australian Standards
- Ability to work and collaborate as part of a project team
- Ability to read, understand consultant drawings and provide feedback
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Motivated and eagerness to learn
- Rights to work in Australia

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St Leonards, NSW 2065: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (preferred)
