**About the role
Our Assistant Retail Managers are the leaders of our brand. They’re the customer service experts who know how to welcome and inspire people and connect with them on a personal level and help them be the very best at work.

**What we’re looking for:
- Someone with retail experience, particularly in beauty (who loves leading teams who love giving great customer service)
- A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and beauty
- Great communication skills (so you can form genuine connections with customers)
- A creative touch for merchandising
- An experienced, supportive and inspirational leader
- Experience in training and service focussed is also a big plus
