**The role**

Working as a Quality Advisor you will provide support & guidance to the leadership teams within your portfolio of homes. This role supports 8 residential aged care services within a set geographic.

You will play a key role in undertaking clinical audits of each service, highlighting any areas of improvement, recognizing & removing any clinical risk and ensuring an excellent level of care delivery is achieved.

**Due to the nature of this role you will be required to travel to various homes within NSW.**

**Summary of duties**
- Undertake the review, evaluate & completion of quality audits within each service
- Provide detailed reporting surrounding any areas of clinical risk with recommendations for improvements.
- Work collaboratively with each leadership team to support staff members with education surrounding quality improvements.
- Participate in the implementation and updating of clinical policies, procedures & processes.
- Support each service with their continuous improvement monitoring & planning

**Skills and experience**
- AHPRA RN Registration - with previous experience within a similar role within aged care
- Up to date knowledge of industry standards, quality principles & audits
- Thorough understanding & experience of aged care accreditation process
- Experience with review, updating & implementation of quality improvements and CI planning
- Excellent communication & analytical skills with the ability to make balanced decisions
