**The opportunity**
We now have this new role available
As our Payroll Coordinator, you will provide administrative support for both Payroll and core HR processes to the People Services team as well as supporting the Partnering and Advice team as required. The focus of the role will be the timely and accurate maintenance of payroll and employee data across the full employee lifecycle.
**Responsibilities**
- Support the day-to-day operations Payroll, ensuring consistency of practice and ongoing optimum service levels are maintained
- Support the delivery of payroll related payments including superannuation and taxes
- Provide support to the broader HR Services team, including Strategic Business Partners in their delivery of advice and support on payroll related matters and award interpretation
- Interpretation of the EA and relevant employment, taxation and legislation related to payroll
- Establish and maintain effective relationships across the business, particularly with the Finance section within GWW
**Skills & Experience**
- End to end payroll processing experience in a medium organisation
- Payroll administration with experience across payroll processes and systems
- High level of understanding of current Australian Employment legislation and practices.
- Proven experience across payroll legislation and best practice
- High attention to detail, strong administration skills, combined with great organisational and analytical skills
- Experience in SAP and PayGlobal is highly regarded
