Seeking expressions of interest for future backfill opportunities over the next 12 months. As part of the applicant pool, you may be offered temporary backfill opportunities that become available based on a suitability pool. A pool will generally continue for a 12-month period. If you are placed in the applicant pool you may be offered a position within the relevant time period, however your appointment to a position is not guaranteed.

**About the Role**: As a Midwifery & Nursing Director, you will provide high level contemporary strategic, operational and professional nursing leadership and management for the women's and children's services including maternity services, across the Logan and Beaudesert Health Service (LBHS). The role provides the coordination of and is accountable for service delivery, human and material management, expertise in the health care team, communication and highly developed data analysis and fiscal management to deliver safe, quality, effective and efficient healthcare provision. The position also shapes corporate and clinical governance in partnership with the Logan and Beaudesert executive team. The role is co-chair of the Women's Health Service with equal accountabilities for service delivery and outcomes with the Medical Director Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
