**Your Key Responsibilities**:
1. Market Research & Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive insights.
2. Campaign Development & Execution: Plan, develop, and implement marketing paid
3. campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, SEO/SEM, and display advertising initiatives. Together with the digital specialist, create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
4. Budget Management and performance: Monitor campaign budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective marketing solutions. Report ROI metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimise spend.
5. Collaborate with external companies, vendors, and media to enhance marketing efforts.
6. Identify media sponsorship and co-marketing opportunities to expand reach.
7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - analyse customer data, segment audiences, and implement targeted campaigns. Goal being to foster customer engagement and loyalty through personalised marketing strategies.
8. Prepare and present marketing plans, performance reports, and campaign results.
9. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal standards and industry best practices. Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain competitive advantage. You will ensure consistency in messaging and tone of voice across all platforms, including our digital media, website, content creation, and all marketing collaterals.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Strong Communication Skills**
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and strategies, both verbally and in writing.
- Expertise in copywriting and editing for a variety of platforms (e.g., digital, print, social media).
- **Digital Advertising Knowledge**
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other advertising tracking tools to measure ROI.
- **Creative Thinking & Problem-Solving**
- Ability to develop innovative advertising campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Strong understanding of creative processes and how to tailor campaigns to different target audiences.
- **Market Research & Consumer Insights**
- Proficient in conducting market research to understand customer preferences and trends.
- Ability to analyze data and consumer behaviour to adjust advertising strategies.
- **Campaign Management**
- Experience in managing multi-channel advertising campaigns (online and offline).
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for advertising campaigns.
**Bonus Points For**:
- Experience with influencer marketing and paid media campaigns.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report on social media performance.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
