**Your Role**

As our **Administration & Enrolment Officer**, you will:

- Provide administrative support to the center director and team.
- Manage office tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Be a friendly and professional first point of contact for families and visitors.
- Assist with enrolment processes and ensure records are up to date.

**About You**

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- A professional and approachable demeanor.
- Experience in administration (childcare experience is a bonus).
- A valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- A friendly and compassionate attitude towards families and children.

Pay: $25.62 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 25 per week
