With a fleet of over 220 specialised assets, 250 staff and 14 years of experience, Perfect Contracting manages large scale demolition projects, earthworks, remediation and waste management to tier 1 and tier 2 clients.
**Position in nutshell**
In collaboration with Project Managment team as well as WHS team, your job will be Coordinate and inspect work sites for compliance with specifications, regulations and standards
**Your duties**
- Coordinate and inspect work sites for compliance with specifications, regulations and standards;
- assisting the site managers, leading hands and others in organising and coordinating works;
- estimating costs and time to finish of projects;
- interpreting as well as preparing drawings, plans, maps, charts and drawings;
- have good knowledge of local regulations and standards,
- coordinating and mobilising material and human resources as and when required;
- use of occupation specific equipment such as surveying equipment, computers and other; other duties as directed by management.
**About you**
- **We require one year full time experience in the same or similar role**where the holder of a relevant Diploma level qualification. Three years full time experience will be considered in lieu of a formal qualification.
- Experience in site management and coordination of works during project
- have good knowledge of local regulations and standards
- Understanding of WHS regualtions
- Ability to coordinate building works at few sites simultaneously
- Developed leadership skills
