We provide the students with a variety of extra-curricular activities including the Ipswich Readers' Cup, band, choir, interschool sports and the opportunity to participate in Australian schools' competitions.
The school has fully implemented the Positive Behaviour for Learning framework to a drive positive school culture. Students are explicitly taught strategies to improve resilience and learn how to "Be an active learner, Be Respectful, Be Responsible and Be Safe.The successful applicant will have:
- The skills and experiences to differentiate learning and use inclusive practices to meet the needs of all students.
- Proficient behaviour management strategies in a PBL culture.
- A good understanding of the Australian Curriculum and the capacity to transition to Version 9 of the Australian Curriculum in Mathematics
