**The Opportunity**:
Spearhead Supports is seeking a passionate and driven Growth and Engagement Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and nurturing strong relationships with our valued participants and stakeholders across the Perth metropolitan area. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is adept at both strategic business development and fostering genuine connections within the NDIS sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring our continued growth while upholding our commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Growth**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase the number of NDIS participants accessing our services in line with our organisational goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including exploring new service offerings and potential partnerships.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and identify unmet needs within the NDIS landscape in the Perth region.
- Network and build strong relationships with key referral sources, including Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), healthcare professionals, and community organisations across the metropolitan area.
- **Participant Engagement**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with current NDIS participants and their families, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance participant satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Ensure all interactions and service delivery align with the NDIS Code of Conduct and a person-centred approach.
- Gather feedback from participants and families to inform service improvements and enhance their experience.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Support Coordinators, other NDIS service providers, and relevant community stakeholders across the metropolitan area.
- Represent Spearhead Supports at industry events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure seamless support for participants.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and analyse key performance indicators related to participant growth and engagement.
- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of engagement activities and business development efforts.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in a business development, relationship management, or similar role, ideally within the NDIS or disability services sector in Western Australia.
- A strong understanding of the NDIS framework, funding models, and quality standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic growth plans and achieve targets.
- Excellent networking and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A genuine commitment to the principles of person-centred care and empowering individuals with disabilities.
- Proficiency in relevant CRM and reporting tools.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, health, community services, or a related field (desirable).
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Perth metropolitan area as required.

Pay: $77,064.00 - $108,680.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 - 38 per week
