Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the Tender team with 4 direct reports
- Handle tender values of up to $60 million per month
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and competitive tenders
- Continuously improve estimating processes and procedures
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in civils contracting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
