Our specialty coffee & croissant house is searching for a full time cafe store manager to join our growing team. We represent ONA Coffee in Perth, bringing the best and most sustainable coffee to WA.
- Experienced in a specialty coffee shop for at least the last 3 years
- Experienced in a management position for at least 2 years
- Have work with specialty and premium beans for espresso, filters and brews.
- Know how to operate a La Marzocco Linea PB 3 group
- Be familiar with Mahlkonig E65S and EK grinders
- Have worked with a Wally Milk Steamer
- Confident in latte art, dialling in and troubleshooting
- Know how to ghost ride milk steam wand properly
- Be able to work well in a team, lead and train staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
