**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preventative maintenance and routine adjustments
- Troubleshooting and rectifying breakdowns
- Working on a range of equipment involved in sheet metal fabrication including roll formers, press brakes, presses and folding machines
- General workshop activities
- Interpreting machinery and product drawings
- participate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies and procedures

**ABOUT YOU**
- Mechanical Trade qualifications (Fitting/machining, Fabrication, Welding or similar trade)
- Experience working with pneumatics and hydraulics
- A Restricted Electrical license would be ideal but not essential
- Strong commitment to safety and working autonomously in a high-pressure environment
- Passion to deliver outstanding customer service and producing quality products
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work in a team environment
