**The Role**:
As you will be joining an established national Ecology team there will be the opportunity for the role to be tailored to your skills and interests, depending on your focus areas you'll be involved with:

- Delivering a diverse range of Ecology projects (renewable energy, infrastructure, land development etc)
- Undertaking and reviewing fieldwork / surveys including flora and fauna surveys and assessments
- Preparing, coordinating and reviewing client reporting
- Opportunity to work on both BDAR and BSSAR
- Project Management including managing project deliverables, costs and resources
- Developing your skills with support from your team and mentoring others
- Actively contributing to your team and ensuring that as a group you deliver real value for your clients

**What you must have to apply**:

- Australian based Ecology consulting experience
- Demonstrated experience in planning and undertaking ecological surveys
- Advanced knowledge of the NSW Ecosystem
- Relevant tertiary science qualifications
- BAM accreditation or willingness to work toward accreditation highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion to find better ways to engage with and deliver for your clients
