ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE?
The purpose of the Manufacturing Maintenance Fitter is to drive world class TPM, Safety & Quality through planned, effective and efficient mechanical preventative and breakdown maintenance.
The Manufacturing Maintenance Fitter will be responsible for the day to day associated production/manufacturing maintenance and improvement activities for the factory. The Manufacturing Maintenance Fitter is required to work closely with other functions Supply Chain, People and Safety, Quality and production operators to assist in achieving production output, quality, and cost targets whilst maintaining a safe and harmonious work environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
This role is based out of our DC office in Fairfield
ABOUT YOU
- General Maintenance on Woodworking Machinery or similar
- Welding - MMA / TIG / MIG experience
- Fabrication / general light
- High understanding of pneumatics & hydraulics
- Good computer skills
