**Nature of shifts on offer, MON-SUN**:

- **Day shifts**:

- **Evening shifts, 4pm-9pm**:

- **Active Night Shifts**:

- **Inactive Night Shifts ( Sleep over's)**

- Personal care, companionship, community access, shopping, and domestic assistance
- Manual handling and assistance with transfers etc
- Helping clients remain independent and happy in their own homes
- Making it possible for clients to maintain relationships with loved ones
- Taking the time to listen, care and provide emotional support

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Cert III in Aged Care/HACC/Disability/Individual Support
- Previous work experience in aged care, disability, home and community care or nursing
- Palliative and end of life care skills and experience
- MND and/or Dementia skills and experience
- Experience with Parkinson's Disease
- Competency in manual handling and use of aids
- A current driver’s licence, a reliable roadworthy vehicle + comprehensive car insurance
- Willingness to travel across Melbourne Bayside suburbs for shifts

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Valid driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain
- Qualification in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support/Nursing or relevant experience
- Manual handling training certificate

**All permanent Prestige Personal Care Attendants will receive the following benefits**:

- $6,000 yearly car allowance (full-time equivalent)
- Plus leading industry and above award rates - $973.00 per week gross for 37.5 hours per week, plus weekend/public holiday loading
- 4 weeks annual leave and 10 days personal leave per year
- Paid time to travel between shifts
