**Position Summary**:
Admire Support Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated female Disability Support Worker to join our team in Mornington, Victoria. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, assisting them in achieving their goals and fostering their independence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities and routines.
- Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and other daily tasks.
- Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities within the community.
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment that respects the rights and dignity of each client.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Document client progress, incidents, and observations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience working in a disability support role preferred.
- Strong empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to different individual needs and circumstances.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications.

Pay: From $35.50 per hour
