We are looking for a** Diesel Mechanic** **to join our fun and dynamic team in our Wacol branch. As one of our **Diesel Technicians** **you will be required to conduct field service work in all our Off Highway market segments, Marine, Power Generation, Mining, Defense, Rail and Industrial. You will be tasked to carry out diagnosis, servicing, minor & major repairs in regional and remote locations while promoting an increase in the field service customer base while delivering the highest of customer service. You will be based out of Brisbane and be responsible for field service activities from Bundaberg down to Coffs Harbor. This role is also required to respond promptly to the 24-hour breakdown service, on a roster basis, within the Field Service team.

**About You**:

- Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge and experience in Penske platforms, inclusive of diagnosis, service and major repair activity is desirable.
- Experience in Electronics control systems favorable.
- Flexibility to respond to all reasonable forms of field mobilizations, planned activities and unplanned short notice mobilizations.
- Have the confidence to work unsupervised and the ability to follow instruction.
- Team player who will adhere to and promote the Company's Values & Behaviours.
- Work away from home when required.
- Compile high quality field service and job reports to facilitate clear provision of information to customers and/or warranty department.
- Taking a personal responsibility for Safety, Quality and Productivity.
- Undertake and perform all appropriate pre-delivery tests and inspections to ensure client satisfaction.
