We’re gearing up to do even more awesome things here in Australia, and abroad, so we’re looking for a motivated entry-level Fleet Maintenance Controller to join our crew This role would suit Service Advisors or Mechanics looking for a career change, or anyone with past mechanical experience.

**About the Role**
- Role is within our fleet maintenance team working full time Monday to Friday.
- Process fleet booking authorisations over the phone.
- Liaise and maintain contact with our automotive business suppliers.
- Onboard new automotive businesses to the AutoGuru platform.
- Achieve and maintain quality long-term relationships with all suppliers.
- Great entry-level office job for someone starting a career off the tools or out of the workshop - lots of opportunities to grow your skills and a new career.

**About You**
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Mechanical knowledge beneficial.
- Excellent customer service skills and rapport-building.
- Work efficiently, with very accurate attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, flexibility to switch tasks easily.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Some experience in the use of Microsoft or Google Suite programs including Excel / Google Sheets beneficial.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where creatives, marketers and engineers work together to develop market-leading, high-growth solutions.
- Positive attitude under pressure and work comfortably within tight deadlines.
- The desire to keep building your skills, learn new approaches and strategies, and test out new technologies to develop ground-breaking solutions.
