We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Ten Greek Plates. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be work closely with Management overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, and creating a positive dining experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Train and develop a team of dedicated staff members, ensuring high levels of performance and professionalism.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection of dishes.
Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a leading role in Hospitality.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant best practices and industry regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
