We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Ten Greek Plates. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be work closely with Management overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, and creating a positive dining experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

  • Train and develop a team of dedicated staff members, ensuring high levels of performance and professionalism.

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all health and safety guidelines.

  • Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection of dishes.

  • Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.

  • Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leading role in Hospitality.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Knowledge of restaurant best practices and industry regulations.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
