Rokon is one of Victoria's prominent Civil Construction contractors. We are currently experiencing significant growth and have a healthy pipeline of projects on the horizon. Due to this, we currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Compactor Operator to join our teams in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

As we grow, we have expanded our plant, bringing on 14 new machines in the last 6 months.

**About the opportunity**
We currently have opportunities available across various sites. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your key duties include, but are not limited to:

- Prepare and position plant for operation
- Load and unload equipment as required
- Monitor operation of plant and adjust accordingly
- Work from drawings and markers for essential services (i.e. electrical, gas etc.), as directed by Supervisors and Engineers
- Follow and ensure safe operating procedures at all times

**About you**
To be considered, you need to demonstrate the following:

- At least 2 years land development and subdivision experience operating Compactors
- GPS, Topcon or Trimble experience is a must as you will be operating front line machines
- All appropriate tickets and appropriate licenses
