**Job Title**: Landscape Gardener

**Salary**: $80,000-$90,000 + superannuation
**Employment Type**: Full-time, ongoing
**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Interpret and implement landscaping plans and site drawings
- Construct and maintain gardens, turf, planting, retaining walls, paving, and irrigation systems
- Operate machinery such as excavators, trenchers, and compactors
- Maintain OH&S compliance and high standards of site safety
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manage project timelines, quality control, and material logistics
- Provide direction and support to apprentices and junior team members
**Skills and Experience**:
- At least 5 years of industry experience in landscaping or a related trade
- Trade qualification in landscaping, horticulture, construction, tiling or similar (Cert III preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read site plans and work independently
- Experience operating landscaping machinery
- Strong understanding of how a landscaping business operates and willingness to grow with the company
- Bonus: Ability to document finished work through photography for portfolios or social media
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
