Aftercare Sales Consultant Trainee

We currently have an opportunity for a Trainee Aftercare Sales Consultant to join our team at Kedron.

- A typical day will include:_
- Identifying prospects & actively following up queries to seek new business
- Understanding and identifying customer interests, needs and buying criteria
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of our products
- Driving TFL compliance
- Promoting our complete range of in-house aftermarket products to all guests
- Demonstrating Sci-Fleet's values and supporting behaviours
- We are seeking applicants who:_
- 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role
- Are exceptional communicators and can add to the positive vibe within the dealership
- Are committed to learning, growing and developing sales techniques and approaches
- Are empowered by our quality standards and are Respectful, On Show, Professional, Efficient and strive for Continuous Improvement
- Have the ability to inspire other team members through strong leadership skills
- Have proven sales experience and a record exceeding sales targets
- Are collaborators that work well within a team environment
- Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence and are prepared to work Saturday's
