**Role Description**We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager who combines expertise in healthcare management with a deep understanding of Christian organisations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, overseeing administrative staff, and developing quality systems and management practices to extend the current capabilities of the clinical and client care teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and patient care.
Coordinate with denominational and Christian NGOs to enhance community engagement and collaborative initiatives.
Develop operational and clinical policies reflecting best practices in mental health care.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and resource allocation.
Lead and support our team, ensuring adherence to legal, ethical, and health standards.
Foster a workplace culture that values diversity, mental health, and growth
Handle patient relations, ensuring high-quality care and addressing concerns in line with our values.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations and/or practice management.
Experience working with churches and Christian NGOs.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $73,551.82 - $100,000.00 per year
