**About us**:

- 3 EAST is a Day of Surgery Admissions and 23 Hour Unit and is located within Perioperative Services Department. The Unit caters for a wide variety of Day Surgery and overnight stay surgical procedures and has a high turnover of patients. The ward is the main admission point for Elective Surgery patients and is a contact point for patients prior to surgery.

**Your new role**:

- Responsible for patient movement, including data entry for patient movements in real time I.P.M and EPIC
- Responsible for theatre bookings and scheduling of procedures
- Generate letters and QA activities as required
- Follow up on outpatient appointments

**About you**:

- Compassionate, caring and patient focused
- Proven relevant competencies and skills
- Experience in reception in a busy health service environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, diction and telephone techniques
- Proactive and willing to work and learn in a team environment
