Energy Assessors/sales Representatives for

We are looking for motivated individuals who live in Melbourne or Regional Victoria to be part of our team as Energy Assessors/Sales Representatives. You will be calling, qualifying, assessing, and selling to customers who make inbound inquiries with Electra Energy regarding efficient Multi-Split/Ducted Air Conditioning systems and Hot-water Systems as part of the Victorian Energy Upgrade Program.

**Major Duties**:

- Calling, Qualifying, and Selling to inbound leads.
- Visiting customers for Assessments (Having your vehicle & driver’s license is mandatory).
- Closing sales (Receive Deposit from Customer).
- Paperless compliance (CRM training will be provided).

**Mandatory Criteria**:

- Having a vehicle & driver’s license is mandatory.

**Remuneration**

MODEL 1- Commission only
- EXCELLENT commission rates up to A$250 per product; sell multiple products at a time.
- OTE - (On-Target Earnings) up to $1000 per day.

MODEL 2- Hybrid salary + Commission
- HOURLY RATE AVAILABLE $25 PER HOUR, (minimum 3 customer visits per workday).
- OTE - (On-Target Earnings) over $650 per day.
