**About the role**

A new opportunity as Customer Analyst has arisen within our Coles Supplier Media team. With enormous growth on the horizon, there is no better time to join us and make your mark within the retail media space

Reporting to the Marketing & Analytics Manager, you'll be empowered to develop insight into customer behaviour and provide strategic insights to future challenges and competitor strategies.

You'll also
- Identify success & pain points for business growth opportunities
- Identify impact of existing actions
- Group, segment & understand customers in terms of value, behaviour, & motivations
- Collaborate with business units to increase their connection with our customers
- Support tactical and strategic initiatives in line with the Coles supplier media strategy.

About you and your skills
- Evidently passionate about data and customer insight, you love analysing and interpreting data, and come from a Marketing or Agency background.
- You'll also have- 5+ years' experience as a Marketing/Customer Analyst, Strategy Director/Mgr, Brand & Product Director/Mgr or Agency Account Director/Mgr
- Experience using analysis tools: Synergy/Roy Morgan/Quantium/Nielsen/ Tableau
- Experience presenting and reporting results to a non-technical / analytic audience
- Experience providing actionable recommendations on how to reach, target & engage customers.
