**Position**: English Teacher
**Location**: Chuncheon, Gangwon, South Korea
**Starting Date**: Early March 2025

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach engaging and interactive English classes to kindergarten and elementary-level students.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to students' age and proficiency levels.
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment to encourage student participation and learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to students and parents as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to create a well-rounded educational experience.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (required).
- Apostilled diploma and criminal record check (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Prior teaching experience or TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus but not mandatory.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Salary**: Starting at 2.5 million KRW (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
- **Vacation**: 11 vacation days plus all National Holidays.
- **Housing**: Furnished one-room accommodation or housing allowance provided.

- Round-trip airfare.
- Severance pay upon completion of the contract.
