High attention to detail and organisational skills with a can-do attitude. Working as an Office Administrator for our thriving recruitment business, your typical day will include: - Respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Co-ordinate and organise corporate events and training sessions - Stationery, merchandise and uniform orders - Ability to maintain the office kitchen and keep meeting rooms and reception area tidy and well-stocked with provisions - Set up new employees’ desks, hardware and User setup. - Able to use office machines - printers, laminators etc. - Able to be proactive and identify when things need to be done - Answer incoming calls and support the sales team - Adhoc duties required by senior management **You will need**: - Experience in managing high-volume day-to-day administrative processes and competing priorities - Friendly and professional communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels - Experience in reception and/or office administrative support - Previous experience with the Microsoft 365 programs - High level of motivation, dedication and high level of interpersonal skills - Clear and concise written and oral communication skills - Strong organisational and time management skills - Ability to co-ordinate corporate events - Capability to adopt a confidential approach as and when the need arises. - Ability to build productive professional working relationships with diverse stakeholders **What's on offer** - Circular Quay location - A competitive base salary + benefits - The week of Christmas paid off - Enjoy a paid day off for your birthday - 10 paid mental health days + 4 volunteer paid days off per year - Flexible working-from-home policy - Friday 3 pm finishes - Employee Assistance Program available 24/7 - Fantastic training and development programs **What now?** If you are interested in this role, please click " **Apply**" below and submit an up-to-date resume.
