**The role**

Our business is growing We have an opportunity for an experienced Product Quality Officer. Based in our head office in Pemulwuy, you will be joining a Company that thrives on team results and strong business ethics. - The Key Responsibilities :_
- Documenting and taking control of the processes involved in warranty claims (Spare Parts)
- Identifying product quality and cataloguing
- Using your mechanical knowledge to assess spare parts that have been returned and identifying damages and /or fault and rectification with Product Management, Product Development, Purchasing or Supplier
- Engaging with suppliers and experts of the trade to assess returned parts
- Building customer relations assessing the outcome for compensation with the customer and supplier
- Accurate record keeping ie: Forms, Photos

**About You**

This role would be suited to someone with automotive or heavy machinery mechanical aptitude and with exceptional customer care and excellent administration skills. You must have at least 3 years-experience in automotive, particularly on heavy vehicle would be advantageous.

- A proven ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A demonstrated effective communication, both face to face, telephone, or web-based apps.
- A demonstrated ability to effectively handle and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and web-based programs.
