We're expanding our operations and looking to bring an experienced Sales and Distribution Manager onboard to lead our distribution team and drive sales initiatives.

Position Overview

As our Sales and Distribution Manager, you will oversee the sales strategy and distribution network for our butcher shop while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your role will involve managing logistics, coordinating deliveries, building client relationships, and increasing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our customer base and revenue.
- Manage distribution operations to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Maintain and build relationships with retail and wholesale clients.
- Monitor market trends and identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all distribution processes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales, distribution, or logistics management, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in using sales and logistics software.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in food distribution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
