We have positions available for experienced ROM Loader Operators on a 2:1 FIFO roster located in the Kimberley region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate a high regard to safety

- be able to communicate affectively within the work environment.
- Demonstrate a good positive attitude
- Meet all OHS requirements including reporting of hazards & incidents
- Operate wheel loader Cat 992 loaders, Komatsu 900 wheel loader or equivalent
- Meeting specified processing targets
- Digging & clean-up floors to required level
- Loading of crusher and ship loader feed hopper
- Loading ROM bin as per loading blend
- Rehandling Lump and Fines stockpile as required
- Minimise ore dilution.
- Maintain process stockyards.
- Experience operating excavator rock breaker
- Ensuring windrows are correct height.
- Clean-up floors to required level
- Accurate recording of daily shift information
- Assisting in shut down maintenance activities as required

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Experience operating Cat 992 loader, Komatsu 900 or equivalent
- Ability to operate equipment in a production mining environment
- Demonstrated ability to work to deadline and to meet specified targets
- Previous mining experience is essential.
- Understanding of OHS requirements in a production mining environment
- Current Western Australia manual drivers licence preferred
