**The Opportunity**
Reporting to SAP Practice Director, you will be responsible for achieving agreed order and revenue targets and customer satisfaction metrics in growing Tambla’s customer base. This involves working with assigned customers to proactively build relationships, identifying and achieving new business, whilst always ensuring complete customer focus and satisfaction when dealing with Tambla.
**Responsibilities, your role will include**:
- Working closely with assigned customers to understand their present and future systems needs and proposing suitable solutions, services and upgrades, to maintain and grow Tambla's revenue
- Understanding specific customer’s business drivers, buying criteria and decision-making processes, forming long-term business partnerships and promoting Tambla as a provider of high-quality payroll, Talent management and Workforce Management Solutions
- Achieving sales/growth targets by identifying new opportunities and managing to close with customers PO’s
- Leading monthly account delivery updates, with full support and engagement of Professional Services & Support Desk Managers and including monthly resorts developed under their direction for presentation to assigned accounts
- Liaising with Customers Consulting Services & Customer Experience staff regarding functional and technical issues to shape the viability of solution proposals
- Coordinating preparation of opportunity proposals, tenders /bids and contracts, and providing account leadership with compelling value proposals
- Gathering market intelligence and monitoring competitors' sales strategies and products, campaigns and events to optimise market share
- Actively supporting Tambla escalation managers, engaged in remediating critical issues, with clear communication across account key stakeholders
- Marinating up-to-date account planning information in Tambla’s customer relationship management database
**The Person**
You are a driven, proactive and engaging team player with a customer-centric focus, who has a passion for account management and business development. You will work collaboratively with the SAP management and customer consulting team and the broader key stakeholders in the Tambla business to nurture existing customer relationships while looking to build new ones.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to lead the business with a consulting pedigree in shaping SAP HCM projects
- Knowledge of Payroll & Workforce Management Business Solutions - preferred
- Knowledge of SAP and its interfaces with Workforce Management - preferred
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Good understanding of client needs, technological developments, trends and competitive activity
- Sound negotiation skills, mature influencing capability and excellent communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills in managing priorities and projects
