Be responsible for delivering our Customer First strategy by leading large teams, superior customer service, ability to drive financial performance and identify and implement opportunities that are productive and profitable.

**About the Opportunity**:

- Manage the daily activities of your team, lead and support the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences to achieve financial results, evaluating and adapting tactics as needed
- Actively drive a high performance, customer focused service and selling culture in alignment to Myer values
- Optimise productivity by leveraging workforce management
- Lead, empower and inspire with a consistent focus on developing the next generation of Myer leaders
- Maximise time on the selling floor to manage the business, engage and understand the customer and mentor and coach team members
- Implement store strategy, working closely with the leadership team

**About You**:

- Retail management/store leadership experience is essential
- People leadership skills with a 'hands-on' approach, experience in performance management will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales results
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise tasks and achieve timelines
- Experience in coaching and mentoring others to build organisational capability will be highly regarded
- Strong mix of business and people management skills
