**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children and staff.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the wider community.
- assisting in the preparation of materials and equipment for children's education and recreational activities
- managing children's behaviour and guiding children's social development
- preparing and conducting activities for children
- entertaining children by reading and playing games
- supervising children in recreational activities
- supervising the daily routine of children
- supervising the hygiene of children

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma, ideally studying towards bachelor of early education
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role within an early childhood setting.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children, fostering connections with nature, and supporting educators in their growth.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
