We are seeking customer focused applicants to join a head office customer service team With full training provided this is an amazing opportunity to join Australia’s largest private diagnostic imaging network

- A commencing pay rate of $29.85 per hour superannuation - penalties for weekend work
- You will be set up for success With 2 weeks classroom-based training, 4 weeks of side-by-side support and ongoing coaching

**Your responsibilities will incorporate**:

- Proactively respond to a range of enquiries from patients, carers, and customers
- Manage appointment bookings and requests
- Communication of private and sensitive information to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy in transferring information.
- Accurate record keeping with a focus on quality and accuracy of data

**To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities**:

- Experience in a customer service and/or call centre environment
- Experience in the medical environment highly advantageous
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- High-level problem-solving skills with detail focus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
