Are you an **Emploment Consultant** looking for a new position?

We're looking for either a Part time or Full time Employment Consultant to join our team based in Liverpool/Parramatta.

**The Role**
As an Employment Consultant, you will partner with the Rehabilitation Consultant and assist individuals who have sustained an injury or illness to gain new employment.
- Cold Calling to identify host employers to place job seekers.
- Travelling to varied locations within client areas to build relationships with host employers
- Providing job skills training and developing resources for job seekers
- Encourage and motivate job seekers through appropriate activities to help them find sustainable employment.

**About You**
- 2 + years experience is preferred for this position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with labour market
- Knowledge of the NSW Worker's Compensation scheme is a bonus
- Have a genuine passion for helping people & you want to make a difference in their lives
- Resilient and determined to persevere and achieve positive outcomes, even in challenging situations.

**Essential**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Right to work in Australia
- Have own car + valid driver's licence.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
