**The Role**:
Our client is seeking an experienced medical receptionist/secretary to join their medical administration team. As the front face, you’ll play a vital role in supporting a variety of visiting Medical Practitioners, providing a range of reception and medical admin support as well as exceptional customer service to patients and their loved ones. With no two days the same, your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with patients and medical practices
- Answering incoming calls and aiding as required
- Scheduling appointments for visiting patients, including follow ups for future appointments.
- Booking procedure bookings as requested by the Medical Practitioners
- Invoice accounts and process patient payments for appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
- Complete end of day activities including banking reconciliation and consultation room preparation.
