**HR SUPERINTENDENT | CULTURE & DEVELOPMENT**:
CEM Alliance on behalf of our valued client seek to appoint a career driven Human Resources professional.

This is a newly created site based role which presents a unique opportunity for a career driven professional looking to make their mark.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the General Manager of mining, you will play a lead role in promoting a positive and inclusive work culture, whilst driving the companies core values of Safety, Courage, Agility, Integrity and Respect as a central focus for all interactions and operational activities.

As the focal point of communication for all things People, Culture, Recruitment, HR & IR, we seek a dynamic individual with the ability to engage constructively across all levels of the organisation.

**THE KEY FUNCTIONS & TASKS OF THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE**
- Develop and implement leadership development and training programmes.
- Support supervisors and leaders in the execution of their roles including the use of business systems.
- Observe and provide coaching to supervisors/leaders in their interactions with their teams.
- Oversee recruitment functions and workforce planning.
- Contribute to the development of and implement an improved attraction and retention model for the site.
- Supervise the HR team providing transactional support in Perth. This includes payroll and ensure compliance with employment agreements, legislation, taxation and audit requirements.
- Oversight of the performance review process, and provision of advice on performance management issues.
- Co-ordinate company remuneration and benefits policies and remunerations reviews.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Tertiary qualification in HR/IR.
- Experience in front line HR support to a mining operation.
- Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, remuneration, OD, IR/ER and talent management.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and industrial relations requirements.
- Capacity to travel to site on a full-time roster.

This is an onsite position based upon working a 4/5 & 8/4 FIFO roster from Perth, Broome or Derby.
