**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are currently seeking an
**Electrical SME **to join our team based in West Perth, Monday - Friday, with ad hoc travel to site. Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be working in a team of mining execution experts, responsible for overseeing and delivering tender packages to the project execution teams. This role is a great opportunity for Electrical Supervisors or Superintendents to bring your field-based knowledge home to Perth. Your duties will include:

- Develop detailed construction methodologies and tender schedules for the E&I scopes.
- Interpret drawings and review scopes of work to ensure it is reflected in pricing and project execution.
- Evaluate pricing, quotes, and estimates from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and maintain tender pricing & documentation deliverables.
- Review and advise on commercial, contracts and scope departures.
- Develop project deliverables for site execution including workpacks, QAQC documentation, execution methodologies and schedules.
- Coordinating procurement of materials relevant to the scope in line with set budgets.
- Maintain, track and report on tender progress and performance.
- Prepare Microsoft Project schedules and work to tight deadlines and budgets.
- Attend regular tender meetings on site to review scope as required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Must have either a Trades Qualification, Engineering degree, or equivalent.
- At least 5+ years’ experience with E&I works in the mining industry as a Supervisor, Superintendent, Engineer, or Estimator.
- Must have strong project execution experience with good commercial acumen.
- Have previous experience with building construction methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Excel and highly advantageous to be skilled in MS Projects.
- Willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis and be eligible to access client sites.
