We are seeking an **Analyst **to join the Real-World Evidence (RWE) team at IQVIA Australia. If successful you will be joining an entrepreneurial, consultative, and collaborative team that works at the cutting edge of the healthcare industry in Australia.

The Real-World Evidence (RWE) team works on a broad range of activities to support our base of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and consumer healthcare industry clients in the generation of high-quality real-world evidence (RWE), this includes:

- Execution of real-world studies using a range of methods (e.g., retrospective, prospective, “mixed methods”) to develop scientific publications for peer reviewed journals
- Development digital health initiatives to help understand and improve the patient experience
- Development of thought leadership used to engage our core client base, government bodies & patient groups
- Creation of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AIML) algorithms to support disease diagnosis & treatment optimisation

This role involves supporting workstreams and client engagements under senior guidance, assisting in the creation of key deliverables, and contributing to client meetings and workshops. You will also support sales and proposal development, conduct specific research, engage with existing and potential partners, and proactively learn about consulting methodologies, observational research, and the life sciences market.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree
- 3+ years work experience in healthcare / life science or data-focused role
- Ability to conduct independent research and information gathering and to communicate findings to internal / external stakeholders
