**About the role**

Join **Women in Dentistry** as a Dental Assistant in our Melbourne CBD clinic. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. You'll work closely with our dentists to provide high-quality dental services in a supportive, female-led environment.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting dentists with patient examinations and procedures
- Sterilising and maintaining dental equipment and instruments
- Ensuring the dental surgery is clean, organised and fully stocked
- Welcoming patients, scheduling appointments and handling payments
- Providing exceptional customer service and patient education
- Supporting the dental team with administrative tasks as needed

**What we're looking for**
- Formal qualification as a Dental Assistant or equivalent experience
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to infection control
- Proficient in using dental equipment and software
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Enthusiasm for providing high-quality dental care
- An interest in social media, working with the team and our marketing manager to create content for our social pages. Mentoring provided if you have had no experience.
- Available to work on a Saturday
- Overall, a great and positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
