**Our Role**

We are looking for an Operator to join our hardworking team at our Traralgon Plant in the Gippsland Valley. Reporting to the Plant Superintendent and working with equipment such as forklifts and front-end loaders you will get to
- Loading of trucks,
- Complete product bagging as per Production plan
- Kiln and Roller Mills Operations,
- General mobile plant operation and basic maintenance; and
- collect and test samples in the lab for quality assurance
- are flexible team player who likes to work self-sufficiently, balances and delivers on team and personal objectives in a safe and efficient manner following safe work practices
- have Forklift experience; Front-end loader and lab testing experience is desirable
- computer literate with attention to detail and experience in a manufacturing environment
