
Surveyor

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide expert advice, management & instruction on a range of surveying projects.
- Develop and maintain a strong client base in the infrastructure and development sectors.
- Perform fieldwork, calculations, data processing & management of the total project, including liaison with clients, communication within the business and assisting with budgets, accounts.
- Provide operational support to the Team Leaders and Survey Manager in relation to resource planning & staff mentoring.
- Adhere to the company’s work, health & safety policies.
**Qualifications required**
- Current registration with Surveyors Board of Queensland as an Associate Surveyor, Graduate and looking to progress to Surveyor registration. Current Surveyor registration or higher will be highly regarded.
- A minimum of 3 years’ recent experience in a surveying role covering a range of projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects. Experience in the ability to also manage clients and lead, and mentor staff will be highly regarded
- Excellent time management
- Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment and software - experience with Trimble instruments would be highly regarded, as would proficiency with 12D.
- Ability to work in a technically complex environment and deliver project milestones.
- Hold the right to work in Australia
- Good technical and communication skills
- QLD manual driver’s licence.
