**About the Location**
Experience a touch of luxe as you enjoy relaxation and rejuvenation at BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Queenscliff Beacon on the Bellarine Peninsula. Located less than 90 minutes from Melbourne CBD, you can choose from a range of accommodation options including luxury villas for a variety of group sizes, modern apartments, self-contained cabins and even caravan and camping sites, some even being pet friendly, so you can bring your pooch along.
**Your Opportunity**
We are seeking a friendly and professional **Park Manager** to oversee the successful operation of our Queenscliff Holiday Park. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. You’ll lead a team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure the park provides an outstanding guest experience.
**What You’ll Do**
- Lead the team to deliver a high level of customer service to all guests and residents
- Manage rosters, staff performance, and recruitment of new team members
- Oversee the park’s financial and resource planning, including consumables, grounds and building maintenance
- Support refurbishment projects and new cabin developments
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with park standards
- Manage collection of outstanding payments
- Respond to guest or site emergencies as needed
**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience in managing similar assets, preferably Tourist or Caravan Parks
- Strong operational and project management skills
- Proficiency in booking systems such as Newbook or similar
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High-level administrative and financial management capability
- A hands-on approach and a passion for guest satisfaction
