**About the Location**

Nestled between Victoria’s Surf Coast and the swimming beaches of Port Phillip Bay, Swan Bay Holiday Park sits on the shore of Swan Bay and is within direct access to the boat ramp and jetty, ideal for the fishing enthusiast. The park boasts a fantastic collection of features for outdoor sports fanatics presenting, a pool, putting green, tennis court, basketball court and walking track. Swan Bay Holiday Park’s powered sites offer a great camping spot with added conveniences. With plenty of local attractions on offer, our unique cabin park gives you the opportunity to purchase your own cabin for perfect holidays and weekend stays. Swan Bay is an easy 75-minute drive from Melbourne and 90 minutes from Ballarat.

**About the Role**

Support the Park Manager in leading the Front Office team in the efficient and proactive operations of reception by providing excellent customer and administrative services to residents and guests

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
- Greet residents and guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Take cash, credit card and debit card payments when necessary
- Assist guests and residents with all queries and requests
- Register any issues in terms of housekeeping, maintenance, office, common areas etc.
- Conduct site tours if necessary with prospective guests / residents
- Use of computer programmes and MS Office to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience leading a team
- Confident in decision making and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proactive team player
- Confidentiality
- Well organised and time conscious
- Keen eye for detail
